The Librarian: Return to King Solomon's Mines (DVD, 2006, Widescreen Edition)

Bought this as a gift for Mother's Day. Perfect gift for any teacher or librarian. TNT movie. This is the sequel to the first Librarian with Noah Wilie (off of ER). Great for kids because it mades history and books very adventurous. The main character, who is the Librarian, is also not buff or a perfect male specimen, but his best atributes are his mind and education. I love these types of "role models" for children.

I like this one almost as much as the first movie. I wish the same girl had been in there. It was a good adventure movie with wit, humor, and action. I'm looking for another in this series.

Although with "The Librarian" movies, the writers, director, producer, etc. would like to give the feel of an 'Indiana Jones'-like adventure, they just cannot quite do it with a TNT budget. And that is not exactly a bad thing. There are times where the tongue is firmly planted in cheek in "The Librarian" movies. Noah Wylie is a fine actor, as is Bob Newhart, Jane Curtain, et al. But... the same cannot be said for all of the supporting cast. I look forward to seeing how the third part "Curse of the Judas Chalice", turns out.

Good family movies.
No skin or foul language but STILL has pretty good humor and quite a bit of action and adventure (somewhat similar to the Indiana Jones series) .

This is Indiana Jones for the 21st Century. Action, humor, and intelligent. I highly recommend this movie for the whole family.

I was very happy with buy. I bought it for my wife because she loved the movie and she had the first one.

Enjoyed the first Librarian so much I was overjoyed to see a second one released. Just as good as the first and again great for all ages. It will be a staple in our movie collection. Never get tired of puling it out to watch over again. Wish it had been made into a regular series.

SURE it isn't up for an Oscar, but who cares, it is a whole lot of fun, very intertaining and I really hope that a third will be coming out soon. I will buy it and I will watch it every time I'm in the mood for a good curl up movie. A perfect cure for a blue day!

Good clean movie with good action. Fun movie to watch. I bought it because my daughter had seen one of the movies and really liked it. It was worth watching.

This one is just as good as the other 2. Again, it is eciting and riveting and full of information. My family are big fans of all 3 movies. We watch it all the time.

Great TV Movie with one of ER' series stars. Great storie about a man whn got to work in a rare museum.

i enjoed this series very much so i purchased this second in the three series of the libarian it has humor and adventure i think its just good for me anyway. i enjoy comedy and indiana jones type movies that have humor and action

I enjoyed watching it and look forward to the next one. Noel Wylie is an enjoyable, believable actor. The cast worked their parts well and humor was always in the air. An easy to watch movie.

A good action movie with a nice mix of humor. This is number two in the series of which there are currently three releases.
