Libeled Lady (DVD, 2005)

I've fallen for the classics lately and this is a real delight! It also offers the rare treat of Jean Harlow, who died tragically at the age of 26. I would recommend this film to any movie lover, but expecially a lover of the Golden Age of Hollywood.

The film was new and in mint condition. It was well packed. The seller was slow in communication and shipped very slowly. In fact this was the slowest shipper I've ever dealt with on Ebay.

This is the missing title from the William Powell & Myrna Loy dvd box set. If you enjoyed those you sure want to get this one.

I liked the story in this movie. It's an oldie but a goodie. It had some great talent in it - William Powell, Myrna Loy, Jean Harlow, and Spencer Tracy. I bought it because I'd watched a biography on Myrna Loy. The show recommended this movie as one of her best, and since I loved her the The Thin Man movie series, I thought I'd enjoy this one. And I did. Can't think of a thing I disliked.

It's a fantastic old movie. I like the plot, and I like the characters. You can't go wrong with Myrna Loy, Spencer Tracey, or William Powell!

I bought this movie cause I like the old black and whites. It's a comedy with light hearted humor which all in the family can enjoy. There's nothing I failed to like about this movie
