Lexmark X2470 All-In-One InkJet Printer

I thought I was buying a fax machine, but it is not a fax machine, it is a printer and coopier. Unable to use.

I bought a refurbished printer, from the getgo I always had a message saying ink level is low. When that ink was empty I bought a new ink, now it keeps telling me to align the page and i cannot print at all.

It took a while to get the product, but only because I gave the wrong address. They persevered, and were able to re-route the shipment to me after finding the right address. The first printer worked as advertised, and is still working well. I will be sending the second with my daughter to college, and have no worries about it performing for her.

I bought the Lexmark X2470 primarily for the flat bed scanner capability. I like the price, ease of setup, user friendliness, and quality of the scans. I can't comment on the printer, because I have not used that portion of the machine. I did price the print carteridge and it is expensive, but basicaly they all are except for Kodak.

I thought that I was getting a good deal at $5.50 for a printer. But shipping at $35!! The printer had no usbcable no ink cartridge. By the time I got the printer to work I spent more then if I had gone to Sam's or Wal-mart. I understand the seller was making his money from shipping, and that is OK if the printer was ready to go when I opened the box.

I shipped a heater (50 pounds) for $16, and the printer was less then 10 pounds. I learned may lesson.

I like the printers condition when I received it. It was an excellent choice being 2 for the price of one. I would buy more products from this seller because he was prompt.

I bought this printer for my son and daughter inlaw they seem happy with it. they have been printing alot of pictures of our new granddaughter. Pretty good quality.

The printer arrived DOA, contacted the reseller and got absolutely no satisfaction, the printer is setting dead in the corner of my office.

When printing a page, the type comes out gray, not black. I have been very disappointed in the printer. There are a lot of other printers out there that I wish I would have purchased instead.

It does everything I need for home use. I does things I hav a use for and much more. I'm supprised of the ease of sending photos and documents. So far it's a worth while product for the money.

i bought the printer because i was needing one for my computer so that when i purchased something on ebay i could print out the receipt from when i paid for it for my own records. i like the printer because it is equipped with what i was looking for in a printer. it copies, scans, and prints. the only thing i disliked was it not having a usb cord, and no ink. which i solved the problem by purchasing a usb cord at the local walmart and i got the ink on line at ebay from the person i bought the printer from. all in all good product.

It's an excellent printer for the price (just $35 refurbished). Scans are impeccable, copies are just as precise, and printing is right on par with the average ink-jet. Print speed is just average, picture printing is good, and text printing is excellent. The ink for this Lexmark is cheap, usually a little over $20. A perfect buy for anyone on a budget.

The glass on the scanner was broken when I received it. The shipper's return policy was to reimburse for the item only and not the shipping.

the main selling point is that the 2470 cartridges can be refilled with ink myself, and the printer will accept refills without requiring a complicated override. I have several 2470s and keep buying them because the peinter is about equal in price as is one "1" cartridge.

I bought this printer becuse it was listed as a literaly all in one printer (copy,scan,printer,fax) and it is not. It does copy, scan and print but does not fax what so ever it did come with supposable software that claimes it's capable of fax but when I tried to use it error messages and such followed. I tried installing certain support type software for the fax still had no luck. I was still going to keep it for the scanner but the print quality of this printer was so poor it wasn't worth it(all typed text came out grey and streaky and that's with brand new ink installed so I sent it back (which I only got back about $8.00 because it was so expensive to do but I figured it was better than just throwing it in the trash)and am now looking for a real all in one and definitly not a lexmark. It also seemed really cheaply made as well, every time I scanned somthing I felt I had to be extreamly cautious with the cover for it was very flimsy. If you ask me it's quite literaly a peice of junk please don't waste your money like i did.

This is a perfect choice for students, whether in high school or college. It is low in price but produce prints of great quality.

Does not have memory card readers as many other AIO printers do, but consists of a PictBridge USB plug so it is still good for printing pictures w/o a computer.

It is so simple to use - only has 4 buttons of scan, copy and copy photo plus a power switch. All other functions are controlled by a computer (even adjusted copy) so there is always a explaination of what I am doing.

The only short side of it is that it uses only ONE ink cartrige for all 4 colors (CMYK). If you print black only you have to change to Black Only cartriges that can only be found online. If the full-color cartridge is used on printing black-and-white materials all colors will be wasted.

the printer came as promised - no problems with it though there was a couple of pieces broken off by the paper feed but it does not effect how the printer works
