Lexmark Jet Z65n InkJet Printer

Listing sounded very good. Failed to include that there was no (special designed for this printer)USB cable. Failed to mention that there was no installation CD or Manual. Packaged with way too little packing material. The material he did include got into all the cavities and working parts of the printer and took nearly an hour to remove. Printer was damaged and would not communicate with the computer at all. When seller was emailed about all of this repeatedly, finally responded with "You should have bought insurance" Seller was then advised that insurance would not have covered how he failed to properly pack the material. The printer arrived with missing and broken parts as a result of the packing job. One piece controlling the feed of the paper was broken off and missing altogether, from the printer bouncing around in the insufficiently packaged box. The box was not properly sealed and it is possible the missing piece fell thru the open slit in the box where not sufficiently taped before shipping. I decided to buy the item based on what the seller failed to say as outlined above. His listing sounded very positive about the item which was not the real situation. I have since gone back to read other reviews about this seller and in recent history there is another negative feedback almost identical to mine. I don't know how I missed that when deciding to buy, I usually check all of that out. Maybe that feedback had not yet showed up with all of his feedback when I bid on my auction item. I have since filed a claim and returned the item ( packed much better by me for the return) as per paypal claim investigation instructions and am awaiting the reimbursement of what I paid for the item. I have made a large number of purchases in the past several years with very few problems. This one was a big disappointment. I don't believe this seller belongs on ebay. But, that is only my opinion.
