My computer went into a black screen, and I had to delay sending out payment to seller until server had corrected, and fix and return my computer back to me. Buying this ink on Ebay was a smart move. I bought it for $8 or $9 less than retail. New, in box, as promised. When you have to buy it anyway--you should definately buy it here. Great all around transaction!
