
Excellent Core Workout

This is a great workout for the core, using a balance ball. The moves are easy to move and Leslie Sansone is not annoying like other instructors. The workout is broken down into two different sections which is handy when you don't have time for a full workout. Even after a few weeks of use, I feel results and have an easier time throughout my day bending, rising from a seated or squatted position (and I'm a teacher, so I'm always on the floor).
