
Fast Start/3 Fast Miles

I gave an average rating because 3 Fast Miles brings it down. If it was just for Fast Start it would be excellent and 3 Fast Miles below average.
Fast Start introduces interval training into her walks you work up a good sweat in only 35 minutes. Leslie also does an excellent job of cueing the next moves so for people like me who get frustrated when they aren't matching move for move this is great. She calls it boosted walking during the intervals but it's actually jogging but you can do the low impact, fast walking, which they demostrate. When I'm short on time and unable to fit in the Walk Slim 4 Miles then this is what I pop in or if I want a little longer workout than just the 4 Miles.
3 Fast Miles is all fast walking and no intervals. She spends so much time talking with her fellow walkers that she just starts the next move which you may or may not know which one is coming up. As mentioned above this is frustrating for those who like to know what they are doing. At one point she has one of the walkers take over briefly who doesn't have a mic on so you have to idea what is being said she just starts moving, again frustrating. This video is only 5 minutes shorter than the Walk Slim 4 miles so my thought is do the better workout and forget this one.
