Great firming workout for the beginner. Very easy which is helpful to someone who has no experience using the band or handweights.
Not for intermediate or advanced workouts... it would be much too boring.

I love Leslie Sansone and all her DVD's! This would be a great DVD for a beginner who doesn't have much strength training experience. It was an OK workout for me but the 25 minutes of exercise didn't last long enough for me. I did like that she included a warm up and cool down before and after the strength training. I have used the stretchy bands in other workouts before but they always seem to cut into my hands so you'll have to figure out the best way to hold them comfortably. Overall it was a pretty good DVD and I would use it here and there when I need a quick workout.

Very good videa for beginning toning. I love Leslie Sansone's products. I have several, and ebay is the best place to buy them, especially older dvds.

The ball weights were deformed from sitting in the box too long and the dvd was defective. Otherwise it is motivational and gets you going. The balls were deflated so when you fill them with water the seams didn't come out from being folded in the box. They are not perfectly round.
