
A GREAT AT HOME WORK OUT FOR WALKERS

I have several of Leslie's at home walking DVD's and really had to put a lot of moves in above and beyond what she was doing to get the work out I wanted. So when I saw this 4 Fast Miles I thought it might be a better fit for me. Anyone familiar with Leslie's work outs knows they are a bit repetitive, but for me that is a good thing, I don't want to have to think to hard about what comes next. This work out is those same moves only more of them with BURSTS of fast paced movements. IT IS A GREAT WORK OUT! Leslie still talks to much but there is selection where you can do the work out with just the music; I choose that one when I've had one of those days and I can't listen to one more person blah, blah, blahing. The pace of the work out is brisk, it keeps you moving and when it is over you'll be glad it is over...but tomorrow you will be compelled do it again. I have lost 15 pounds doing just her work outs and taking one or two short, brisk walks on my breaks at work. I find Leslie inspiring, she has an easy way about her. She always wants you to do as much as you can and never makes you feel bad you can't do more. I love, love, LOVE her kick/walk DVD. These are the only work outs in my DVD player now. I totally recommend them. You might find you need to stretch a little longer then she takes you through, but her stretches are great for me. Any one at any level can do this work out; if you are a beginner just do what you can as intensely as you can. It is a great way to get a work out in if you have life like mine. I can come home from work, put dinner in the oven and work out while it is cooking. Before I got these DVD's I just sat on the couch and waited for dinner...dah! Great work out when you are busy or you cant get outside. I rate this DVD excellent!
