Excellent workout! Great for toning the mid-section and focuses on the real important area --- the BELLY!
We really need to reduce the belly fat much more than to get to a specific weight.
The Walk Clock is a wonderful new feature and lets you know how much time remains.
Great workout with real emphasis on the BELLY... we all can use this one for sure!
