    Great motivational workout! It begins with a nice warm up and then gets your heartrate up quickly for the next 20 minutes.
    Adding faith to your workout is not only positive but motivating for your early morning workout.
    Christian music is played during the warm up and cool down segments, and bible verses are included throughout.
    I highly recommend this workout for anyone looking for a positive walk to begin your day.
