I needed something that I could pace myself after several cancer operations and other things I don't wanna talk about, no reason to give any more power to things that do not matter!
I luv how Leslie walks you through the workouts and how the DVD is setup so you can take your time and build up your stamina.
I've never purchased anything like this before and after checking her site and all the reviews from other websites this is the one I decided would be best for me because I needed to take it slow but knew I would be able to to more as I went and this DVD is excellent in that area.
There are 5 complete workouts and each are a 1 mile workout. What you do is build up by adding days to your workout. So you start by dong each of the 1 mile workouts that's takes you 5 days...and then you can work your way up to going all 5 workouts, about 45 minutes at one time, and when you get to this level...you're feeling great!!!
Don't get me wrong, just doing each day at a time makes you feel great too...lol Sooooooo I do recommend this DVD to anyone needing to get in shape, even if you've never thought that walking, like me, could do the job, boy was I wrong, I luv this DVD and of course Leslie makes you feel like it's just you and her..lol
