No problem. Leslie Sansone gives you a comprehensive indoors walk, which I firmly believe is more effective than outdoors walking. The moves are basic - marching, kicking, knee lifts, and side steps, but done in a way that a person at ANY fitness level can tailor this workout to work for them. She even gets the arm involved.
The moves are not confusing or too quick and you will easily be able to follow along. Just starting out? Keeping everything low and to the floor. Advanced? Put a little jump into your workout. Lift your legs higher, bring your knees higher, hop instead of walk.
After years of doing Leslie Sansone workouts, I firmly believe they're worth every penny. They do what they say and without the gimmicks.
