
Kickboxing for the People Who Consider Taebo Torture

Leave it to workout guru, Leslie Sansone, to come up with a kickboxing program ANYONE can complete. As always, Leslie's workouts center around four core moves - knee lifts, kicks, side steps, and marching in place. This workout also adds in 2-minute kickboxing intervals that any person can do. Kicks, punches, jabs, etc., but set at an easier pace. If you want a more challenging interval, snap your punches, kick higher, bob and weave deeper, but if not, then don't.
The two main things I absolutely love about Leslie Sansone's workouts are anyone can tailor them to their fitness level and they are easy as pie to do and follow along with.
