I borrowed this CD from my local library and I had to have my own copies.
These are easy to follow and do. The routines don't seem to comsume much time, because I am concentrating on following the coach.
The best part is that I saw changes in my body in seven days, but I do a morning, stretching regiment for about fifteen minutes before the walking routines that I do around noon time. I also use a hula hoop in the evening for 10 minutes.
I highly recommend this CD.
