This workout is great and very flexible. You can choose your own pace and workout 1-mile, 2-miles or 3-miles - you choose.
Great way to build up your stamina at your pace. The workout is easy for people really out-of-shape and need to start slow.
It has longer walks for advanced exercisers. It is simple yet effective and keeps you coming back everyday.
I look forward to working out and that's really the best recommendation of all. Everyone from should have this workout in their library!
