This dvd is one of my favorites. I can choose to do the 15 minute 1 mile walk or the 30 minute 2 mile one or the 47 minute 3 mile walk, so it can fit into any schedule. It goes by quickly & there's even an encouraging marker that tells you when 1/4 and 1/2 miles are finished. I also like that only a few basic steps are used and weights are incorporated also.
