This working gives you a good burn. It has the basic walking steps and adds a Boost that ramps up the activity.
You can complete the 4-miles in about 54-min and is effective and worth the effort.
It's a whole body workout-cardio and some resistence training.
I highly recommend this workout as a staple in your workout library!
