I honestly don't know what to say what was not to like about this, the one and only great game in this series for Super NES. The series took a strange and unexpected turn on the NES after the first game, the Legend of Zelda. The Adventures of Link was a little odd, although still enjoyable. Along came then a Link to the Past on Super NES, returning the series to what made it so great in its debut in the very first Zelda. Amazing graphics, great gameplay you'd come to expect from any game in the Zelda series, the music that would stick in your head long after playing, and a storyline that would creatively unfold piece by piece while playing the game, which in turn would make the game's scope much larger than one would initially perceive upon the game's start, with the plot turns that would occur.

Now several years later, Nintendo would re-release this to be enjoyed all over again on the portable platform, and the results are amazing. Everything in the original version is here and is easily replayed on the GBA in terms of playability. If that wasn't enough, this game pak also comes with a multi-player game, Four Swords, which if you happen to have others with the game and a GBA, may be worth your time as well, if you happen to know anyone who has this as well. Bottom line, Link to the Past itself will be more than a great experience all over again by itself, and especially if you missed this the first time around.
