My mom LOVES this movie. She loves the songs, the funny expressions that the characters make and the story line. Disney should go back to making movies like this. This is a family classic, everyone should have it.

A great Disney ClassicThe Legend of Sleepy Hollow is onne of my favorite Books but to see the book come alive in movie version is absolutely Great. When you read a book your mind creates an internal picture but when you actually see the Movie You can really appreciate even more especially the colors, the voice of a narator and sounds of the night and details which only can be created by Disney. Just as I remembered it!I am a homeschooler, and decided to use Washington Irving's stories for my October unit. I wanted to use some cinematic treatments to accompany the reading. I'd seen this version as a child, and thought it would be a nice addition. It arrived quickly....and, was just as I remembered it! It was in excellent shape....still in it's cardboard sleeve...and it will continue to be viewed long after the lessons are over!

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow Disney CartoonI used to watch this film when I was a child. This particular version is the best because it includes the two extra cartoon; 'Lonesome Ghosts' and 'trick or Treat.' This is a hard to find film that is out of production. I am happy to have purchased it on ebay.
