Legend of Legaia (PlayStation 2, 1999)

This is an excellent role playing game and I was fortunate enough to find the game with the player's guide. We really needed the guide to get throuth the game. The puzzles are excellent - the side quests are a lot of fun - and the entire game was well worth the time and money!! There are three of us who played it (three different generations) from a 20-year-old to a 35-year-old and then there's me, an 82-year-old, which testifies that it is interesting to all age groups. The youngsters need to be old enough to read. I don't know what else to add, except - HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like the first game Legend of Legaia Vahn and his friends have to stand up against the forces of evil. The graphics are tremendous and better than the first game and the fights are more realistic. This game is excellent for children and great for eye-to-hand corrodination. I love this game and all of the new people. I like the mystery like atmosphere. The only thing that I would have enjoyed more would be the music. The music is nice and is the same as the first game, I do think that the music could have had a different tune. But all in all, not all games are perfect. This game gets and EXCELLENT rating from this Legaia player. There need to be more games like this on the market. This was a much better game than I thought it would be, but it's VERY forgettable. The skill system and interaction in battles is GREAT, but I honestly can't remember barely any of the storyline even after only 1-2 years.

Legend of Legaia was the first game I ever played on ps1.Since then it was my number one game. All this time I never realised that there was a Legaia 2 out there till recently. Well I would say even the second installment of this great game didnt fail to amaze me.I just hope there will be a third game in this series.

Legend of Legaia 2 puts a new twist on the Legend of Legaia of Playstation 1. The new features are even more choices of characters to play with. The Meta/Vera/Ozma of the first Legaia are now within the characters as Origins. The battle is the same as Legaia 1 and the storyline unfolds excellently. Definitely a game for those who want hours of enjoyment!!!

The game doesn't load even to the start screen and one of the hook things is broken so that might have added to the scratches it has but I have to give it a poor rating because I can't play it.

I like the game cause its like the first LoL game, it has the very unique battle style no other game can have. It also has a very good storyline. I think the 2 bad sides are that you cant fight outside of a dungeon, like a field. And the game is very short for being so cool. the first LoL kept me playing for about a week non-stop, this one is kinda fast, i beat it in a day. Anyway if you got the first Legend of Legaia ide recomend you buy this one also.

Nephew likes this game and I will send it to him overseas. This is one of the rare games that he likes and I'm glad that I was able to get it fo rhim.

Purchased this game for my 12 yr old nephew. His was stolen a while back. He loves this game even though he's conquered it. Apparently, a great game. Recommend it to game lovers (he does anyway!).

Now its complicated than the one on PS1. It seems a little short, but I still haven't beaten it yet. I'm still playing it as a matter of fact. I gets complicated after awhile. I though I was going to beat the game when I played it in the beginning. The graphics are nice, and the story is pretty good.
