This book gives a good BASIC understanding of the legal environment of business. I bought this book purly for a class, if you are buying it for personal reading it could be a little dry, although the case examples are interesting. I reccomend that you buy this book if you want a better understanding on how the law and constitutional rights affect business within the U.S..

I decided to buy the book because it was cheaper and it was my first purchase on Ebay. I never got the book at all in the mail up to this day, I was very disappointed and would now rather pay more at the bookstore than on-line. The 1-800 number for complaints on ebay is never answered so I coule never get through to anyone to find out what was going on with the account.

Unfortunately I am unable to rate because I NEVER received my item after numerous attempts to reach the seller!

I never got my books, which I really needed for college. Half.com is slow and useless. Buyers are better of buying books somewhere else. I will never shop with them again. They don't even have any numbers you can call. I want my money back and they still haven't given it back.
