I bought this book for my husband to use in a college class.
This is a great book and program for any person wanting to learn object oriented programming. Though I have not used it personally, my husband has found it to be easy to use and straight forward. It has very good helps and instructions.

It was not clear to me that this was the "brief" version of the book. This did not help me when I needed problems from the book that did not exist in this version of the book.

It was not apparent when I purchased this textbook that I was buying the Brief Edition. In the class I bought the book for, this has caused problems with my ability to do a lot of the coursework.
