I have a natural critical outlook on things but would like to turn that more positive. Not pollyanna or mary poppins (although Mary Poppins was tougher than most realize) but realistically optimistic is my goal. Of what I have read so far, this book looks to be able to deliver on that hope.

I had read this book about 12 years ago and remembered how good I felt when I read it so I decided to read it again and add it to my library. Also I can lend it out to my family and friends.
