Hokey, amateurish.....made in the 80's. There are lots of good educational dvd's out there...This is not one of them!!!

Not to be mean or insulting.. (The only way I know how the explain it!): My kids were Bored with it, The teaching was slow, like it was more for kids that's have a Very bad learning disability. (My 7 year old thought it was made for her poor like cousin that is Retarded) "I'm not saying that word to put down anyone" so Please don't take it that way. It was so slow paced and boring, they walked away like they were insulting their intelligence... They would rather of been in school! That's pretty Bad! Would not Of bought it If I knew it was that way. Kids Need Fun and ways to get them to get into the moood of learning, So It will stick in their sweet little heads, This Is Not the Movie!

Old phonics on a new cover designI've had a phonics VHS for a long time that was getting too old and not working right. So I thought I'd buy a new DVD that taught phonics for my younger children. It happens to be the same one as the old VHS video I had. I do however like this teaching of phonics so even though I was expecting something different, I was happy to have purchased this DVD regardless.
