This book describes a workable plan for getting to be the right weight, whether a person needs to gain or lose. It teaches those who are not scientifically inclined how weight loss/gain works. It provides a program anyone can follow. I used this plan in 2001, and lost 65 lb in 23 weeks; unfortunately, I did not go into the maintenance phase, and I gained back some of the weight. I was so glad to find the book again, and this time I plan to KEEP ON using its guidance so I can become and stay Lean for Life.
