My first experience using e-bay
I like the speedy service and the quick delivery of my book purchase. I can not rate this transaction with any thing, except for another bad review that I read concerning a person receiving the book the day after her test. Well I have planned to collect all of my books before I schedule the test. This has been a wonderful experience. I would recommend this process of internet buying to everyone.

mint conditionMinor Markings, bought it for school and it arrived right on time. I decided to but it because it was the cheapest one availible. When buying text books that I will probably end up reselling on ebay, so I don't need perfect shaped books.

Good resourseThis is a very practical book that deals with types of management in a way that shows the process completely. It is thoughtfully written without being too long. Important for a busy college student. All nursing students should have a copy.
