This book is very helpful. It has so much information that it is hard to aborb all of it in one class. If you are in a leadership role, I recommend this book for if you want to be an effective leader.

Minor Markings, bought it for school and it arrived right on time. I decided to but it because it was the cheapest one availible. When buying text books that I will probably end up reselling on ebay, so I don't need perfect shaped books.
