Great leadership book!

I bought this book because it was a requirement of one of the courses I am takign for my degree. However, after I started reading it, I was floored by it. I am not a Duke fan, never have been never will be, but Coach K is a fabulous coach and leader. The book itself is an easy read and chock full of anecdotes, insights and stories that really open your eyes. I am glad I bought it and will keep it in my office from now on.

Easy reading and great advice from one of basketball's great team leaders and motivators. It helps if you are a Duke fan for some of the references, but even if you aren't, I'd still recommend.
