I found my first copy of this book at discount house near my home. I was so impressed, that I went back for more, but found that they had all been sold. After researching ebay, I found several more and purchased them as gifts for some of immediate supervisors at work. I guess that one could call this my small attempt at witnessing.
I find that the daily messages and Scripture references make for a great way to start the day. Although I am not in a supervisory position, the daily messages and scriptures help me to interact with my co-workers in warm and understanding manner.

The most excellent resource on leadership I've ever found. So practical, yet explains the driving universal principles behind recommended practices, perspectives, and disciplines. To the point, consise, balanced, applicable to all readers at all levels of leadership. Covers multiple topics within leadership, i.e., communication, vision, time/self management, attitude, teamwork, relationships, mentoring, priorities, pitfalls and warnings, rewards and benefits, etc. Encouraging, challenging and convicting. Great format - written as a one page per day teaching for the busy leader or leader-to-be. I buy them in multiples and give them as gifts to people on a regular basis.
