This is a very informative book. Information is well organized and concise. The self assessments, if performed, can be helpful and beneficial for recognizing personal improvement areas. It is highly recommended for anyone in the leadership role.

I bought the book for school. It has some good information in it and is easy to read. If you are going to use this book in school, you'll be happy with it.

The thing I liked the most was the price. The book on campus was charging $85 for this book. Saved like $60.

The quality, condition, and shipping of the textbook which I ordered was great.
One thing I want to say that is express shipping. There are express shipping option for the textbook but not for everybook. So, I want to choose express shipping when I want.

I was disapointed in the time it took for me to receive my books. I just recently place another order on April 23 for four books and only receive one confirmation and one book. I know I should allow at least 14 days but I normally receive them within seven or at least a confirmation saying they have been shipped. I understand that the seller does not have to notify the buyer when the book has been shipped but this should be mandated that they do!! I am afraid that I will be looking into ordering from another source if this continues. I have enjoyed the low prices but getting my books in a timly manner is more important to me. I am afraid if I pay extra to faster shipping ...money will be wasted. FYI...My fellow classmates agree...
