Love all of the songs on the cd. A friend of mine asked if I could help him find it. I told him I only had to check on ebay and sure enough there it was. The price was very reasonable and I received it in just a few days. If you like Eric Clapton you need to add this cd to your collection. It is great. It was new and had never been open.

This is Mr. Claptons huge success after spending a few years in limbo after the break-up of Cream and Blind Faith. The one big factor in this that is lost on too many music lovers in the influence that Duane Allman had in the guitar sound and overall vibe of this endeavour. Eric wanted him to join the band but the Allman Brothers was Duanes very own hard-driving/living success story until his early death at the age of 23 in a motorcycle accident in 1971. Other contributing members were Bobby Whitlock, Jim Gordon and Carl Radle. Blues-rock at it's very best. *****

The time honored classic : Layla And Other Assorted Love Songs by Derek and the Dominos !!! The best of the best! What else is there to say? Here you have Eric Clapton(at his best), Duane Allman(very possibly at his best), Bobby Whitlock, Jim Gordon, and Carl Radle(at their best). And that's really good! They are all bad to the bone! What a fantastic album! It's so good that it's hard to believe! If you like good R&B infused rock and pop, you'll love this one. On another good note,: It's mostly all Rock. And it's a must have! Ya' just gotta' hear it! And if you do, you'll want to own a copy! And if you do, I'll bet you'll love it! It's just a great rolling R&B Rock album. Also, I'd like to add that I bought my copy online, thru eBay, from Abcsound, and they shipped, lightning fast, a used, perfectly MINT copy at the right price. They're great! Be happy; Rock on.

First time I've listened to the Derek & The Dominoes project in probably 30 years. Duane & Eric still screaming the blues like noone ever did. Excellent album, one of the all-time rock'n roll greatest guitar players projects ever recorded.

This album is sumply stunning, it didn't get the recognition it deserved until years after, I have an extensive music collection and i highly recommned this album to anyone who likes Eric Clapton or Duane Allman..Bell bottom blues, Anyday,Layla,I looked away, it goes on!! Love this Album

This album features Duane Allman on many of the tracks. It is the best of the best of Clapton and so many other talented artists. It's a must have.
