Superb acting and twists of the human spirit make this movie excellent. Plot seems almost predictable at times, but with surpising turns and character revelations. There are so many references made to it in literature and films that I felt I had to see it. I was in no way disappointed. I would not recommend it for young audiences eventhough there is no nudity or bad language, but will require a more mature viewer to best enjoy what it has to offer.
