This is a great piece of literature, even if it didn't have the big Warcraft moniker on it. But given the license to develop characters and landscapes and timelines of that epic universe makes it all the better.
The book introduces you more intimatley to Medivh, a very important character in the game series. You should play the original Warcraft: Orcs and Humans game and then read this.
