A really beautiful book. Great for a Titanic Fan or Cookbook collector. I am both!! Had the chance this summer to view the Titanic museum exhibit in Miami FL and this was a featured item there. I felt luck to find it on EBAY because I did have "buyer's regret" for not purchasing at the show. Enjoy!

I bought this book for the recipes, the pictures and information on the Titanic itself. I have used 1/3 of the recipes and found only one I would Never make again. Rose Ice is Great! The pictures and information were detailed. I am very satisfied with the book and would recommend it to others.
