Movie Description
Modern-day filmmakers and actors revisit Civil War history and their own heritage with this independent film. In addition to co-directing, writing, and producing THE LAST CONFEDERATE: THE STORY OF ROBERT ADAMS, Julian Adams stars as his own great-great-grandfather. The Civil War comes between Adams, a captain in the rebel army, and his love, Eveline, a Yankee schoolteacher. Based on real diaries and letters, this moving wartime drama explores the boundaries of passion and patriotism. Tippi Hedren, Mickey Rooney, and Edwin McCain also star.
