    Ms. Stewart went through a lot of research to make this story as realistic as possible, but the book starts off slow and is followed by many details about, Shandihar, the goddess,and the culture of her people.

    Upon discovering the theft of a priceless artifact belonging to her family, archaeologist, Daria McGowan joins the FBI's Connor Shields to unmask a brutal killer bent on one last acquisition.....Daria.

    Once the book gets going and Daria and Connor begin their adventure, things heat up story wise. The romance is light but it eventually turns into a good mystery/suspense. This is the third book in the "LAST" series. Each book has different characters and story lines. Choose a favorite.
