The 1st Edition of this book made me a lot of $$$$! Non-working lasers are available all over for free or very little $$$. Even though new lasers have come way down in price, so has quality. The older HP & IBM printers still last forever, and are easy to repair. This manual shows all the tricks and tips in addition to all basic service procedures. The simple instructions that most printer repair kit guys sell or give you are really poor in comparison to this nice book. Highly recommended by a tech with 18 years in.
