Laser 3115cn All-In-One Laser Printer

Pros;
This printer has many functions varying from scanning to faxing. It saves money over time as needed since gas prices was going up. Prints pretty fast, but not the fastest. This printer can be used on a network therefore, a wireless printer. Prints fabulously on paper with a next touch.

Cons;
First, the printer does not use a full ream that should be needed for every laser printer. It can only hold 250 sheets. Second, the printer can only copy 99 at a time and not over 99.

im a basic home user. i dont know much about printers except that i know laser is supposed to be better than inkjet. every inkjet printer i have ever had, had issues with paper not feeding correctly.

i wanted a good printer and decided to go with a laser. i am very very fond of dell so i went with there product. i had a few to choose from. i really wanted a mfp so that narrowed my choices. it really came down to this one (which is more a business printer) and the less expensive home version. on ebay the cost difference was only about $100 with the home version the toner came 1000 page yeild. the more expensive business printer came with 4000 page yeild. 4 times the toner. i would have had to replace the toner 3 more times in the home version to equal the same toner in the more expensive one. the toner was around $200 to replace. that would be roughly $500 more expensive than just purchasing the business printer int he first place. now i have a faster printer to boot.


over all i am happier than 2 peas in a pod. this is by far the best printer i have ever had. it is sweet! i printed a photo on it and it was absolutely fantastic. of course you cannot print on glossy paper but hey this isnt kodak either. i am absolutely thrilled with the picture quality. i cant wait to get the highest quality laser paper to try a print out on. from what i have seen so far it would be fantastic.
