I bought the book for a friend of mine. I was pleased of the low price (almost a third of the cover price). The item arrived fast and it was brand new.

Quick quide to laptops
) This is a good reference book for the first time laptop user. In my opinion laptops are different from desktops. Most people do not have the time to try an figure the ins and outs of new computers and the way they work. Most people want a system that will turn on, and do what they want right away. The book is very easy to understand, and gives good tips and pointer, however I could do with out all the funny little comments (I don't have time for that.)I wish the book had more trouble shooting and help for you when a problem occurs.
For someone who knows nothing about wireless networks, WI-FI this is also a good starter point. Great tips on how to protect you computer from being stolen, and other things when you are on the go with you laptop.
