If you own 1 rental property or 100 then this book is for you. In my experience there are only 2 kinds of landlords, "Rich ones" and "broke ones". The difference between the 2 is not the properties they own or the amount of money they have but their property management, strategies and systems.

Jeffrey Taylor is the master of this. I heard this man speak several years ago and he is a genious. He eliminates all of the myths of landlording, leases, rental rates, etc.... He will show you how to trun your rental property from a a cash drain to a cash cow that you will never want to sell because you are making too much money.
