The Land Before Time (DVD, 2003, Anniversary Edition)

Spielburg and Lucas produce a masterpiece in both art and literary aspects. Somehow everyone links the first to the rest of the series and it gets caught up in the bad wrap, the similarities are like comparing a zebra to an elephant. The emotional impact and psychological influences brought by the events in this story are unmatched by any other animated feature.

I love this movie! I remember I had a copy of this when I was a little boy and I wore out the VHS tape because I watched it so many times.
This is a fantastic coming of age story with dinosaurs! It is touching, funny, and really just a good movie for any age.

One thing though... don't watch the however umpteen sequels they made... they are just terrible.

This is an excellent story focusing on young littlefoot traveling to the great valley. Sad at times, it teaches valuable lessons to children and inspires people of all ages. This bring back memories of being a personal favorite from my youth.

The original Land Before Time is our favorite of the series and one the my children still adore even though they are now grown. The original is not a musical as the others are but is pure storytelling. We are happy to now be able to get it as a DVD.

I BOUGHT THIS DVD BECAUSE MY LITTLE COUSIN LOVES DINOSAURS. THEY ARE REALLY CUTE AND FUNNY. I BOUGHT MY COUSIN LAND BEFORE TIME 1-10. HE LOVED THEM. SO IF YOUR CHILD OR SOMEONE YOU KNOW LIKES OR LOVES DINOSAURS THESE DVD'S WOULD BE THE GREAT GIFT.

This movie is an altime classic and very entertaining for children of all ages. Children learn from the adventures of the baby dinosaurs about life relationships as well as about dinosaurs. I ordered this particular DVD for a friend's son who loved it as a child and was looking for it. Think of his surprise when he opens it on Christmas morning!!!

I watched this movie as a child and loved it. Now my children will get to own it. They have seen it before and it keeps even my 19 month olds attention the entire time.

Had this movie on VHS when my kids were little. They are grown now, but I have a 3 year old niece that comes and spends time with me and want to introduce her to the land before time movies. They are very cute with catchy songs and lessons to be learned. We even named our pets after the characters in the movie.

This is such a great classic movie. My children love dinosaurs and this is the ultimate children dinosaur movie.

This is one of my most favorite movie growing up and I wanted to get the dvd for my daughter but I couldn't find it in stores so I bought it on ebay. My daughter just loves it also and she is only 2. It keeps her attention from beginning to end.

A timeless classic that will be sure to entertain the whole family and the kids. Full of fun and adventure of the dinosaurs that is sure to be very intriguing and fun to watch with whomever.

This is a wonderful Story. I bought this for my daughter 13 years ago and now i bought this item on dvd for my 2 year old son! I have had the land before time series in my home for over a decade

My grandson loved the video. The small amount of violence was overshadowed by the friendship of the characters in the video.

My grandson loved this whole series. I bought this Anniversary edition to introduce Little Foot and his friends to my youngest grandchildren. I had them on VHS tape and nothing to play them on. If they enjoy it as much as I hope, I will purchase additional episodes.

My son loves it! we purchased it for Christmas and he has already watched it several times. We bring it everywhere - especially on road trips. We hope to buy more in the collection.

This is an out of date movie collection with tremendous following. We gave ours away when the kids were younger. Now, in their teens, they realize their value and want them again. Thanks to EBAY, we could purchase this beautiful set of DVD's. I watched both and they are flawless, in perfect condition and fun to watch. We were able to receive these before Christmas and what a wonderful girt is was. I am very grateful and appreciateve.

I was cleaning out my house and came across rubber puppets from this movie. My older daughter said I should get rid of them, but something stopped me. I saved them for my 2 year old grandson, to see if he liked them. He did. Before he came over I noticed this movie was playing on demand and I played it for him. I wasn't sure if he would get it or was too young. I am sure he didn't get the goal of this movie, but he loved the characters and their interaction. He lined all the puppets up in front of the TV and would point to them when they appeared. Needless to say I purchased the movie so he could watch it when he comes to grammy's house.

This is a great movie for kids. The characters are adorable. My own kids went around saying "yup, yup, yup" for weeks after seeing it. I liked it too.

My son has this on vhs at oma's house and he watches it over and over and over so decided to get it for him for his birthday to have at our house too. Just like at oma's, we watch it over and over and over. It's a great movie that the whole family loves!!
