M-Boogie is back again with part two of his Laid in Full series, with some new artists and underground gems. Tight beats are what truly make this compilation special, with some extra cutting and scratching thrown in by M-Boogie and DJ Revolution. Appearing on the microphone are Buckshot of the Bootcamp Clik, ERule, Yeshua dapoED, Born Allah, Mykill Miers, Grand Agent, and a few other underground MCs. The only things to knock about this album are the somewhat short play-time of around 52 minutes, and the lack of return appearances from Chapter One. An addition of a few of those artists such as Planet Asia, Rasco, Kool Keith, KRS-One, and Mos Def could have boosted the effectiveness of this compilation. ~ Brad Mills
