The Lady in White (DVD, 2005)

I loved the story line, the time era and all the characters decidedly. It was well directed and lovingly delivered by all who took part in it. It took me back to a time of my own youth, that was innocent and magical. I look forward every year at this time, to sharing it with it with all the youthful hearts of our family and friends. I didn't find any scary sequences in this movie at all. I thought the movie would had been alot more suspenseful and frightening due to the movie's description. This movie is suspense with a twist of a mystery plot not horror, so it may be another person's cup of tea. The movie lacks the horror element that alot of the reviews speak about.

This is a great Halloween tale. When I first started watching it, I thought it was going to be a slow movie, but I was pleasantly surprized. This is a disturbing movie on several levels showing some of the worst human traits (violence against children, bigotry, revenge)but it also shows compassion. I have watched this show many times over the past years and engoy it every time! If you have not yet seen this movie, I highly recommend it.

I did like this movie and I loved the close family relationship between the brothers and the father and his two sons. I liked the grandparents too and the scenery of the town. I decided to buy this movie because I had seen it a long time ago and remembered that it was a good movie. I'm glad I purchased it.

I remembered seeing this movie when I was younger, and it scared the crap out of me as a child! I really enjoyed this movie because it was an old horror movie, and it was an interesting story. When the main character is locked in his school for a night, he sees the ghost of a little girl, and views her murder played out. When someone comes into the room where he is locked in to search for something, they notice him and attack him. The whole movie centers around this boy trying to figure out what happened to the little girl, and at the same time, trying to figure out who really tried to kill him. I can't lie, the effects aren't too great for this movie, since it was filmed in the 80s, but it is still a good movie, and worth watching!

It is a fantastic movie! One of the best movies I've seen this year. Great acting from all actors in the movie. USA Today gave it three and a half stars, I agree!

This is a classic horror movie, but not bloody and gory. Just very well done, and does contain some really funny stuff too!. I like the fact that it tells a complete story, and very easy to understand. The scenery in the movie is beautiful. I would recommend this movie 110% if you like a good story while viewing a horror movie. Lukas Haas is in this movie and some other well known actors (Katherine Helmond).

This movie offers a little bit of fright with a whole lot of suspence. A great 'who dunnit' mystery and a must see for any age of viewer. Old school graphics but a great movie overall. Seller ships fast and movie was in new condition. would buy from seller again..and again!

I went about 13years trying to figure out what this movie was i saw it when i was a little girl and could never remember what movie it was. and then i decided to look it up and ask a few people and found out this is the movie. I actually cried because i always told myself that i have to watch it before i die. and now i can filled the void. It is the best movie ever.

I saw this movie long ago and thought it was a good movie. It was suspenseful. I would not rate it as my favorite, but it was a great movie.

This was a movie I watch with my kids now grown, and with this DVD I will be able to watch it with my grand kids now arriving. It is a great older kids family movie, great suspense, good clean fun.

This movie was actually filmed in my hometown. I decided to buy it as I hadn't seen it in many years. I am glad that I made this purchase. This is a suspenseful who-dunnit murder-mystery that will keep you on the edge of your seat, yet is relatively non-violent. My 9 and 11 year old children found this movie to be interesting as well.

I bought this movie because of memories from my childhood. I had been unable to find it in any stores. It's every bit as creepy as I remember. Maybe even more so. I like the suspense. It's done very well for the time it was made. This is a classic, must see movie.

3. why do i decide to buy it on ebay? it because it cheaper and like i say it's hard to find anywhere from the store or yard sale. anything i can think of what i want it's there. which it's pretty cool.

The characters are wonderful. They are truly people about whom you can care. The story is spellbinding for smaller children and once events start to occur you are hooked. This is a clean movie set in 1962,in a small town. My family and I love this movie.

this is a great scary movie for the family, this is one of the most well written , who done it, suspence movies i ever saw, i highly recomend this movie to any one!!

I just received My DVD of Lady In White. Years ago, I think the early 80's, we bought this movie in VHS, we loved it. We not only watch it during Halloween but through out the year as well. I was thrilled when I located it on ebay.

I liked all the details on the transaction, the items as described, the time to deliver, everything !!

Years ago I saw part of this movie, and the song, "Did you ever see a dream dancing, well, I did.." stuck in my mind and that is how I found this movie again. And, it was well worth the purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of watching it. It was about memories, for me.
