Labor Relations by John A. Fossum (2005, Hardcover)

The book and EBay process was excellent but the class itself is dry.I don't know why threview has to be 100 characters long but here we go. Blah blah blah blah blah

Purchased for my daughter as text to college course she is taking. She hates the class but is very happy with the book, probably because Mom bought it and she didn't need to use her own money on this one. I try to buy her college textbooks on line. I can usually get the books cheaper than the book stores sell them and that is even after paying postage. So far all books have arrived in good shape and before her classes began. I try to order books at least 2 weeks before she needs them.

This book is exactly how the seller described it. It really came in handy and was not expensive at all!

POSITIVE: The grammar and punctuation are correct, the sentences easy to understand and the format doesn't strain your eyes. It follows the topic and explains it thoroughly.

NEGATIVE: Sometimes the text starts on one topic, continues to a second topic and then returns to the first topic. I found this somewhat confusing.

The book is too general. It doesn't give enough specific information on the laws involved or background of labor organization. Yet, what is provided is quite useful to my courses.

Needed this book for a college class.Its an interesting read,wording is sometimes complex.I definitely needed a dictionary reading this one.Overall a good read and it has helped me to better undertand labor disputes,unions etc.

The textbook was very useful for the course I took. The material was easy to follow and interesting.

This book was required for a college class.However I did not receive the book from this site but had to buy it from a local campus bookstore. I never received any reason for not reeceiving the book and my credit card was billed for

the book was never received with no notice as to why it was not sent. This was a necessary purchase ..

I never received my order. I contacted the seller numerous times, and received no response. I can only assume his intention was to defraud me.
