LG enV2 (Verizon Wireless)

Love the fact that it has large # button on the front, easy to read & push. I Bought this one to replace my Chocolate that got cut in a saw. Love the clam shell design w/ the lg. internal screen, will not scratch as easily as the chocolate. It's easy to text & check e-mail! Nothing not to love, best buy I made for a while!!

I bought this phone because of the look and style, this seller had it for a great price. Got the phone a week after I ordered it, and didn't have a tracking number in the mean time to check the status of my package. I emailed the seller 2 days after I bought it to ask when she shipped it, it still hadn't been shipped the seller said, and would go out in the morning. I got the phone, the phone worked, but the night the charger and the USB cord that was included in the purchase were fake ones compatible to another Verizon cell phone. I emailed her 3 times after I got the phone asking the seller about the problem. No respose. I had to go out myself and get my own charger for a phone that to my understanding was supposed to come with it! 30 dollars later, I emailed the seller for the 3rd time asking to remburst me 20 dollars just to be fair because I didnt get all my murchandise. It's been 10 days today since I purchased the phone and have't heard one peep out of the seller. So not only did I spend a chuck of change on this phone, I then had to go ahead and purchase the charger with my own money also. Teribble Communication, Not recamended at all to do business with!

The phone is absolutely everything I wanted. Texting is super fast and easy, the design is light weight and sleek. The buttons on the front are big and easy to dial out. I had the Samsung alias and I had thought that that was one of the greatest keyboard phones around. However, the enV2 blew it away. Definitely recommend this phone to people addicted to texting! Awesome speaker quality too.

This phone was outstanding, my family has 4 phones on our plan and I never should've upgraded from this phone to a new latest and greatest! The battery life was superior to every phone I have used! I always had an outstanding signal! No dropped calls. The clarity was great and the ease of use was a great headache saver!

It was very slim and extremely durable. It was dropped on a couple of occasions and it never missed a beat.

I've got to say I did my homework on cell phones before deciding on buying one. I knew I didn't want a data plan, battery life was crucial, and it needed a full keyboard. I skipped over the voyager because I assumed the touch screen would be a mild burden on the battery so I went with the env2. I'm glad I read the reviews and found this phone because it has battery life for days, the full keyboard has tons of room to type, I text heavily and if for some reason I'm driving and get a text this phone will read it out loud to me with the press of a few buttons so I don't have to look down. That is probably my favorite feature.
I looked around and a lot of people commented on the fact that the keypad would dial out in your pocket, the music player would sometimes freeze, and that there was a drain on the battery with V06 of the firmware. Mine came with V06 on the phone so I had the firmware updated to V07 and from that point added 2.0GB of music to my 8.0GB microSD card and other than the 45 second wait time to have the library update itself, it played flawlessly. I know that the phone offers a two step unlock for the keypad so I set that up and now you have to hit a button, then ok, and the clr to get the phone to unlock. For me, I haven't had the phone dial out at all. It works like a charm. I had a Samsung Alias before and even though the profile on it was smaller the keyboard was crazy small. Took me almost a year to be able to type without looking. It's been about 5 days and the only keys I can't find without looking are the space key and the shift key. But I will get those two down eventually.
The clarity on the phone is amazing. My phone calls people said I sounded very clear and this phone gets significantly better signal than my Alias. It recognized my Jabra BT8040 easily, paired very quickly and usually on the first try (unlike my Alias). The sound on my end is superb. People sound crystal clear and is significantly loud enough. It has pretty good standard ringtones and they have a feature on the alarm clock that allows you to set the alarms to only go off on weekdays. Since I use this phone as my backup alarm clock that is an awesome feature. I don't have to disable them Friday night so I can sleep Saturday and Sunday morning.
Overall this phone was a phenomenal purchase. I love texting on it and the battery life alone was enough to make this phone worth the price. It's just icing on the cake that it sounds so good on top of all of that. I definitely give this phone a 5 out of 5.

Bought a cell phone from this person and never received it. Says he mailed it but it's a lie. Should have known better when i saw some of his past reviews. If I were you, I would heed this warning and not buy anything from this creep. I now have to wait to recoup my costs from E-bay, if that will ever happen.

The enV2 has a great design and is exceptionally sturdy and well built. Though not terribly thin, the enV2 is much shorter than both the enV and the Voyager, and it's a lot thinner than the enV thanks to the new camera design. With flip closed, the enV2 looks more like a brother to the Venus than its full QWERTY keyboarded device family. The front of the phone has a number keypad, call send, OK, call end/power buttons along with music launcher and voice dialing/recorder keys. It has a small external screen which measures only 1.45" and 160 x 64 pixel resolution. You can make phone calls, launch the music player and listen to music, record voice notes and use the camera without opening the clamshell.

I was in the market for quite a bit of time looking for a phone that I will really like this time. If the past I always had owned phones that lacked 1 or 2 important functions. This phone by far is the best phone I have ever owned! This phone has everything from: Calendar, alarm, camera and picture adjusting, video, great text messaging keypad, good ringtones, smart speakerphone, easy access to any command and there is even a command where it can read text messages...which I think was pretty cool....oh and not forgetting about the smart speakerphone that when you open the phone it turns on automatically!(perfect for drivers w/o Bluetooth). Also access to all the features are available from the front of the phone, it is very user friendly (no manual needed) and light weight.

My recomendation....2 thumbs way up!

This device has exactly the features I have been looking for in a cell phone. Easy to use keypad for dialing phone numbers and a qwerty keyboard for texting and e-mailing. Real buttons, not a touch screen, makes this a very user-friendly phone.
I had a PDA that drove me crazy. Too many bells and whistles and I really did not need to surf the web 24/7.
Simplicity is the key and the LG EnV2 is the way to go, as far as I am concerned.

This phone is GREAT and is in excellent condition... Everything that he said was true about this phone. The only thing that I didnt like was that it took me an hour to activate this phone. I had to go through a whole bunch of trouble to try to get this phone working and activated but then after calling verizon and trying to get them to activate it for me, it finally worked. Overall, I would recommend this seller, but the part about activating the phone was the only thing that I had trouble with.

Great phone on the verizon network. full keyboard, large exterior buttons, has a very good camera as well. I think it's one of the more reliable phones Verizon sells.

I love this phone because it's so easy to use. Being a long-time customer of Verizon and resistant to change, I was pleased to see that it keeps a lot of the old features of a Verizon phone but added a lot more new, fun features as well. It's not nearly as bulky or heavy as I thought it would be; it's sleek, compact, and lightweight. I'm most impressed with how easy it is to use - I had to get used to the Qwerty keyboard of course, never having had one before, but the keyboard characters are spaced far enough apart to make texting easier than on some PDAs I've briefly used in the past. The external screen is a little too small; I'd rather flip open the phone to do anything of substance than work from the outside, just because you can see more from the internal screen. But overall I'm extremely happy with this phone, it's the best one I've ever had and it was an excellent purchasing decision on my part!

I love how its somewhat alike the first one but smaller but only problem is the front screen is to small other than that it is a BA Phone
