Report this review  value cell poor serviceI bought this phone because I needed a replacement. It arrived promptly. After a few days use, I noticed a problem and reported it. A replacement battery was sent out. I did not believe this would solve the problem and it did not. I got an RMA returned the phone, with USPS tracking. They received it.
