without question the best phone that verizon wireless has ever had to offer.....even beats out it's later versions.

The item came with very few scratches on it and works very well. The features are great and for the price, it's a steal. Also the company that provided the phone is very nice and prompt on responding to communication.

I bought this phone because I needed a replacement. It arrived promptly. After a few days use, I noticed a problem and reported it. A replacement battery was sent out. I did not believe this would solve the problem and it did not. I got an RMA returned the phone, with USPS tracking. They received it. When I contacted them they claimed they did not receive it. I don't think I will do business with these folks again

This phone does everything I want. Be sure to get the software updated at Verizon. Call and make sure the place is full service and not just a kiosk as they can't do the updates. You WILL lose any games or Buy It Now stuff. They may be able to restore it if they did a backup. I had one game on mine, but I didn't care about it. They did add some cheesy wallpaper(which I deleted) and a couple of Midi sounds to the ringtones. All my custom ringtones and sounds were still there. You will need Bitpim and a cable to add your own ringtones.
LG makes a nice stereo earbud set with microphone and call answer/end for a few bucks. You can find it on Ebay. Or you can buy a kit from Verizon with a cable and the "headset". You can usually find it on Ebay cheaper, too.

If you buy a Mini-SD card, buy a good name brand one. Two cards that I bought on Ebay were not very good. One of them is still working. Won't buy any more Hong Kong crap on here. It's not worth it.. but that's a whole 'nother review.

I have previously owned this model phone and was extremely pleased with its durability. After having to replace to Krazor model phones (for my 15 year old son) within the last year, I decided to purchase this model for him. It is a bit more bulky but, definitely withstands bumps and bruises better than the thinner models.

The cell phone is great. No problems, i recieved the phone on time as stated in my email. it is just as they said the phone would be .No bull what a great buy .thanks value cells.

Since I do not have a signal at my house (and probably never will), I have a prepaid account with Verizon. My old Nokia phone was a real dinosaur, and I wanted a better phone without spending a lot. I'm very satisfied with the LG VX8100 that I bought on ebay. It may not be the fanciest "coolest" phone but works well, is user friendly (manual online), takes good photos, easy to retrieve messages, etc. For someone who doesn't play games or use the phone to go online, it's great. I'm a senior, and I would highly recommend it for seniors. It's a good basic camera phone. Verizon was very good about switching my account to the new phone.

Is fine for the price - looked a bit more beat up than I thought it would-- but there are no problems with the service. Worth the money.

i like the phone for alot of reasons i had one before but when i upgraded i sold it then i started missing it. i like the way you can set the text tones and ringtones for 1 person instead or having all texts the same ring and i like the way you can read your texts without opening the phone up

When we received our Verizon LG VX8100, it would power off when ever the flip phone was closed. We thought it was something we were doing wrong as far as programming and such. We contacted Valuecells and we had a response within one day to send it back. A replacement was returned to us in three business days and works perfectly.

I like that when someone calls me, their pictures show. I bought this phone because it was an affordable price.

My first attempt to buy there was trouble with Pay Pal. The second time I did recieve the phone quickly but soon after the 30 day warrenty the phone died. I went to the Verizon store and they helped me out. Same phone but seemed to have different features and this time it works. I will not try to save money again. I wasted over $100/

I absolutely love this phone! It has awesome extra features, it has this cool light up feautre when you call/recieve calls that I love! I also love the color of it. This is my 2nd phone of this type (dropped the first one in the dishwasher) and I have never had any problems!

Phone is easy to use, has excellent clarity, being a truck driver you need that. It has some features that I'm still playing around with. Over all I like the phone.

This was a replacement for a phone of the same type. The phone is really worn, but it works. Just wish there was a way we could switch out the guts from this phone and put them in our non-working, but in much better cosmetic shape phone.

Oh well. It does the job.

LG VX8100 is a good phone the only complaint is the short life of the battery, it dies on you during the day , that you need extra battery or use car charger.

Other than that is a good phone so far , I had it for a month.

The phone arrived within 4 days, was in very good condition and works very well. Much better than the Verizon store replacement prices. I would do business with this seller again.
