    I love the front screen with caller id feature. I can see quickly if I need to answer a call or if it can wait. The 'get it now' is great to personalize your phone by downloading pix or tones. I have had other service providers
    verizon is by far the best...great reception very few dropped calls.
    The phone's size is perfect. not so small you lose it in a purse or backpack but not so bulky you can't wear it on your waist.
