LG PRADA KE850 (Unlocked)

I believe that the LG Prada phone is a great phone. One of the best features of it is that it is a touch screen. It is also the best looking phone on the market as well and is small and slim enough to fit in your pocket.

The only bad thing about this phone is that is does not have all the functions of the latest phones coming out such as 3G and GPS. But if you do not require all of these functions then it is a great phone.

I decided to buy LG Prada first of all because I wanted to try a touchphone out. Well I was pleasantly surprised with Prada design. It's really small. It can easily fit in your pocket. The phone definetely catches everybody's eye. The fact I didn't consider was that this is a tri-band phone. The house I live in has got bad reception anyways, but at least I can get incoming calls and can talk by the windows with no problem. It didn't work out that way with Prada. There was no reception at all. ( I'm an AT&T customer). "Limited service" was written on the screen the whole time the phone was inside the house. And I wasn't able to get any incoming calls. They just didn't go through. The phone was working fine outside the house though. This was the reason I sent the phone back immediatelly and didn't get a chance to study all of its features.
Just one thing I did find out was that it didn't have a qwerty keyboard. You have to type text messages as you do it on any regular cell phone. And it's very challenging. It took me quite some time to type a short text message.
After getting rid of Prada I bought LG Dare, which is really great.

Prada looks gorgeous. It's a touch phone like iPhone and is of smaller form factor than an iPhone. If you take it to the Prada mode (the black&white), it looks awesome. No complain about the call quality. Negative side is that, it doesn't have Wi-Fi, it's not a 3G, and you cannot rotae or zoom an image. Also, if you save someone's number as 'cell', you can't simply change the type to something else (such as 'office' or 'home'). To do that, you will have to delete the number from the 'cell' field and then rethype the number for the other (office/home) field. The touchscreen is not as responsive as an iPhone. But overall, it's a nice phone and for those who doesn't want to carry a bulky iPhone, this could be your option.

this item was a knock off to the LG VU the Prada sucked. didn't work with my carrier. i had t-mobile and i tried everything. and it had bugs in the phone too. i advise you t-mobile phone people do not buy this phone what so ever.

I like the phone very much. I do not like the battery time as it is less than what LG states it is. The phone came with software for a chocolat phone and not the KE 850 Prada. I am unable to transfer any music or information from my pc. The seller has helped a lot but I still not have any drivers for the phone. LG does not stand by its software and cannot help. I have searched the web and am unable to find any drivers for the phone. While it is a very nice phone, I should have bought a motorola.

If you like to have some luxury fashion design this is the phone you'll want. For me the price is quite high for the phone technology, first of all doesnt have Wi-fi, and isnt 3g nor 4g's tech. But its Prada, and you wont Pay for a Prada what you pay for a Route 66 pair jeans on Kmart unless you find it on Canal St in NYC. Anyway, the phone have a great signal here in North Pole,NY. It works full capacity with AT&T wireless and for me that what counts.

The LG Prada cell phone has a sophisticated and stylish design that is sure to turn heads. Its 3-inch display is stunning, and the touch screen interface is surprisingly usable. It also has a 2.0-megapixel camera, a music player, and a document viewer.

A few things I don't like about this phone is that it does not have 3G support, which is unfortunate for such an expensive phone. While the touch screen interface isn't too difficult to use, it still requires a little bit of a learning curve.

A few of the phone's external buttons are a little hard to press, and the microSD card slot is inconveniently located behind the battery.

While the LG Prada is a gorgeous phone with a stunning touch screen display, its simple feature set may not justify its hefty price tag. That said, if you want one of the most fashionable phones available, the LG Prada is definitely the phone to get.

its a great phone but because it is from overseas I cant get it programed the way i like. and there is no tech help that i have found as of yet. but i like it.

Love this phone right when I received it. It works very well with my AT&T service and it's only tri-band which doesn't include the 850mhz band. The touch-screen is very easy to use. ONly thing is that the phone has 8MB of internal memory but of course you can easily buy a cheap microsd card for more music/pics/whatever you want. Overall, a great phone, stylish, I picked it over the iPhone 1st Gen just cause I wanted a phone that NOT everyone has. Heh.

Intuitive interface. Works very well with Bluetooth file transfer. Texting has a high learning curve, and probably wasn't well thought out during design due to manufacturing rushes to meet demands for the iPhone. Lack of Qwerty keypad diminishes usability for general use. T9 happens to be dumb (at least on my model), and a lot of words aren't even in the list already. MP3 playback is excellent, onboard speaker is good enough without headphones and gets fairly loud. However, MP3's cannot be set as message tones of any kind, only as ringtones. I look forward to using a Prada II to see what kind of advances LG has been able to implement that didn't make it to the first Prada.

This cell phone is excelent! I'll recommend it, easy to use and very useful. You must buy it. A++ phone!

the phone is very good. specially the internet. you can see porn in high speed big tatas and some jjs.

I needed a light and small phone to put my global international SIM card. This phone is perfect for that. The phone is small enough to fit in just about any pocket and light enough that you don't even feel it.
I would not recommend having it as an every day phone. If this thing falls on concrete, it doesn't look like it would stand a chance.
It doesn't have a full qwerty keyboard, so that's a downer. If it's only to talk when traveling, it's fine.

Excellent product very friendly to use its like a mini computer.You can prsonalize it any way you want,the camera and video capability are excellent.I still need to buy a few extra items to further expand this phone usage.Iam trilled with this product,excellent purchase thru e-bay.

its very good device and i like it very much but the only problem i have to face is its not so user friendly other than its very nice.

The phone is very difficult to use. The volume level is very low. the buttons are hard to presse. i would not pay this price for this phone ever again. normally sellers tell you ahead of time what your are getting into, but no in this case. i was really disappionted with the product i received.
